We are looking for a HR Operations and Compliance Analyst to join our U.S. HR team! This is a great opportunity to learn our HR systems, processes, and compliance. The Analyst will be responsible for all onboarding, offboarding, workflow approvals, compliance, audits, and a variety of projects.
This role is highly visible and interfaces with various partners from IT/desktop, employees, managers, to internal HR partners and will serve as support as needed to ensure the business needs are met.
The Product Implementation Analyst reports into the Product Implementation Manager and is a part of the Implementation and On-boarding organization under the Operations department.
