The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and should be able to build and leverage effective relationships with internal and external partners.

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll by consolidating and validating time and attendance information, integrating earnings and deductions, calculating statutory withholdings, and ensuring compliance with current labor and tax regulations.
This role also provides employee support on payroll-related matters, prepares regulatory reports, and manages payments through checks and electronic banking platforms.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you will take technical ownership of mission-critical applications, contribute to new feature development, and ensure the reliability and scalability of existing systems. You’ll work across the stack using technologies such as Java, Node.js, GraphQL, and React, and will play a key role in shaping engineering best practices.

This is a hands-on role that blends system design, production support, and feature development. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and DevOps, to deliver performant, user-centric applications that power our customer experience.

Reporting to the Senior Manager(s), the Billing Analysts play a key role in supporting all billing-related functions within the shared services finance department. This position is responsible for executing billing operations, supporting collection activities, preparing reporting deliverables, assisting with client audits, and performing daily cash applications.
Billing Analysts are also expected to proactively identify process gaps or issues impacting billing accuracy, timeliness, or client experience, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve and mitigate these concerns. The role may include participation in special projects aligned with individual skill sets, business priorities, and resource availability.
