Your team of Client Development reps will be managing a book of customers ensuring we are maintaining and growing their spend with BHN.
As a front line manager, you will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at developing sales reps, managing and tweaking KPI’s, and stepping in where needed to ensure we provide best in class customer support. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with experience in managing and mentoring sales teams, building and implementing sales processes, and achieving sales goals. We are looking for an individual that is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successful sales management and team leadership.
