We are seeking an Accountant II to be part of our growing business.  In this role, through your primary responsibilities you will assist in maintaining and ensuring the integrity of our financials.  The position is responsible for account reconciliations, period end close activities, process improvements and documentation, cash allocation, invoice collection, and projects as assigned. The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and should be able to build and leverage effective relationships with internal and external partners.

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll by consolidating and validating time and attendance information, integrating earnings and deductions, calculating statutory withholdings, and ensuring compliance with current labor and tax regulations.
This role also provides employee support on payroll-related matters, prepares regulatory reports, and manages payments through checks and electronic banking platforms.

We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated Project Coordinator to join our European Operations Group here at Blackhawk Network. The role will be remote working from home and going into the office occasionally to meet up with the other team member working remote in El Salvador.

As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of product implementation in the EMEA region from client consultation, managing the creative and design work, testing, and final approvals. 

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you will take technical ownership of mission-critical applications, contribute to new feature development, and ensure the reliability and scalability of existing systems. You’ll work across the stack using technologies such as Java, Node.js, GraphQL, and React, and will play a key role in shaping engineering best practices.

Reporting to the Senior Manager(s), the Billing Analysts play a key role in supporting all billing-related functions within the shared services finance department. This position is responsible for executing billing operations, supporting collection activities, preparing reporting deliverables, assisting with client audits, and performing daily cash applications.
Billing Analysts are also expected to proactively identify process gaps or issues impacting billing accuracy, timeliness, or client experience, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve and mitigate these concerns. The role may include participation in special projects aligned with individual skill sets, business priorities, and resource availability.
