EMEA Operations Executive - ELS

This role involves the day-to-day management of all operational tasks involved in the onboarding and on-going delivery of client programmes.

You will be working with key players across the organisation who consist of:

• Various

Internal Relationships

• Technology Department
• Operations Centre (including Contact Centre)
• Product Teams
• Client Services / Direct Solutions
• Finance

• Professional and efficient query management (via email / CRM) within agreed SLA’s – (internal and external communication)
• Administration Support for Account Managers and Sales teams (including assisting with onboarding of clients onto the Select and Hawk Marketplace platforms, document / report creation)
• Accurate processing and set-up of client project(s) data to support invoicing purposes
• Client scheme maintenance within Select Admin/Hawk Marketplace, based on business changes – raising engineering tickets as required
• Liaising with internal departments e.g. Finance / Customer Services / Voucher Operations / Client Services
• Accurate and timely processing of client orders (including file creation and file uploads) via order processing system
• Quality checking of data outputs
• Creation and maintenance of detailed Work Instructions
• Production of monthly client MI reports using Excel (including trend analysis)
• Adherence to BHN Data Security processes in line with GDPR regulations
• Demonstrating the BHN values and behaviours in all interactions with clients, participants, and colleagues
