This role directly supports the Compliance Customer Oversight team, with a primary focus on conducting customer risk rating assessments and ongoing due diligence reviews. The individual will also support a range of customer risk-related projects, including helping build, maintain, and enhance departmental documentation and processes. Using knowledge of the business and potential financial risks, this person will work closely with business partners and clients to determine and execute appropriate next steps.

The role requires a critical and creative thinker who can identify solutions, resolve issues effectively, and build strong collaborative relationships across the business. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and detail oriented.

• Conduct “Know Your Business” (KYB) and “Know Your Customer” (KYC) periodic reviews in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Verify the accuracy and authenticity of customer information through reliable independent sources, ensuring adherence to established standards and guidelines.
• Serve within the second line of defense by leading follow-up with internal teams and ensuring partner onboarding and related compliance functions are operating as intended.
• Contribute to customer risk-related projects, including building and maintaining departmental documentation and supporting process improvements.
• Prepare reporting across various platforms to support business and compliance objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance compliance processes, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency without compromising compliance standards.
• Apply experience in data analysis, transactional review, and higher-risk due diligence to support investigations and decision-making.
• Assist with additional departmental and compliance projects and objectives as assigned.

• 1-3 years of experience supporting compliance or risk program execution is required.
• Experience with customer due diligence, KYB/KYC, sanctions screening, investigations, transactional review, or higher-risk due diligence is strongly preferred
• Certification in anti-money laundering, regulatory compliance, audit, or risk analysis is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
