Overview:

We are looking for a HR Operations and Compliance Analyst to join our U.S. HR team! This is a great opportunity to learn our HR systems, processes, and compliance. The Analyst will be responsible for all onboarding, offboarding, workflow approvals, compliance, audits, and a variety of projects. 

 

This role is highly visible and interfaces with various partners from IT/desktop, employees, managers, to internal HR partners and will serve as support as needed to ensure the business needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding in the HRIS, ensuring all new hire records are accurate, complete, and entered on time.
  • Process employee offboarding/terminations and ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted within deadlines.
  • Coordinate contractor onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing record maintenance to ensure compliance and accurate tracking.
  • Review and process employee data changes (status, job, compensation, personal information) while maintaining strong data integrity.
  • Partner with Recruiting, HR, Payroll, and cross-functional stakeholders to support seamless transitions from offer stage through employment lifecycle changes.
  • Identify HRIS/process gaps, data discrepancies, and improvement opportunities; escalate and partner with appropriate teams to resolve.
  • Maintain working knowledge of HR policies and practices globally across the U.S., Brazil, Mexico, UK, EMEA, El Salvador and Canada to ensure accurate processing and compliance support.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruiting.
  • Experience supporting employee and contractor lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, offboarding).
  • Familiarity with HRIS and/or ATS platforms, with an understanding of data-driven HR processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate employee and contractor records.
  • Ability to follow established procedures while proactively identifying inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting, HR, Payroll, and other internal partners.
  • Understanding of audit practices and the importance of maintaining compliant documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with professionalism and discretion.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; intermediate Excel skills preferred.
  • Ability to work with urgency, handle sensitive matters, and remain effective under pressure.
