Overview:

The Product Implementation Analyst reports into the Product Implementation Manager and is a part of the Implementation and On-boarding organization under the Operations department. The role of the Product Implementation Analyst I is to lead project management efforts with internal and external parties following our established implementation process and utilizing product specification documents to make all retail, digital, and incentive products available for sale through the various distribution channels Blackhawk Network offers.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and effectively project manage various types and high volume of product implementation project plans by utilizing tools/resources, expertise in product/process, at a given time.
  • Prioritize and execute product requests from external clients and internal inventory and business teams within deadlines.
  • Facilitate and lead client facing project kick-off, along with managing effective email and conference call communication with Business, Client, Service Provider/Processors, and Print Manufacturers throughout duration of project.
  • Identify when projects experience delays, obstacles, challenges, issues from a transactional, print manufacturing, or artwork/data perspective, and proactively communication with Management to help escalate, problem-solve, obtain resolution for assistance in unobvious solutions.
  • Ensure product built meets specification requirements by coordinating quality control milestones on product assets, including artwork proofing and performing end-to-end activation and redemption testing.
  • Educate internal and external parties on project requirements, process expectations, product requirements, and timelines.
  • Manage inputs, data, and interact with internal and external parties, including Inventory Control/Forecasting, Business, Marketing, Distribution, Card Production Services, Implementation Support and the Client to determine and modify project implementation strategy and execution.
  • Provide real-time project milestone inputs into project management system, Quickbase, for project status and reporting/metric purposes.
  • Demonstrates some compliance on data integrity, data ticket entry, system input.
  • May act as supporting team-member to Subject Matter Expert (SME) owner.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or requires some previous professional experience with project management of some scale.
  • Work productively in a fast-paced environment with dynamic work days and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate high level of attention to detail, thoroughness.
  • Highly organized.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Requires some level of managerial support and data/reporting prompting for day-to-day implementation project progress.
  • Strong working knowledge of PC-based business software, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
