Overview:

The Sr. Manager HR Business Partner will serve as an advisor to BHN's global operations and shared services organizations in El Salvador (ELS), reporting directly to the Vice President of Talent Management. This role partners with business leaders to execute talent strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of performance and engagement. The ideal candidate is an initiative-taking, highly organized HR professional ready to step into their first or early Director role, with a strong track record in customer-centric environments and the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership

  • Build strong partnerships with Senior Leadership in ELS, serving as a trusted advisor on talent matters.
  • Support the translation of business strategy into actionable people plans that drive talent attraction, development, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Talent Management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Talent & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Support the execution of organizational transformation and change initiatives using structured management approaches.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
  • Contribute to people analytics reviews, identifying trends and proposing data-informed solutions to improve engagement and retention.

HR Programs & Operations

  • Execute core HR programs including Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement surveys in partnership with HR leadership and Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Coach people leaders on best practices for talent decisions, performance discussions, and team development.
  • Manage employee relations matters in compliance with ELS legislation, company policy, and processes to mitigate business risk.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
  • Seeking feedback from stakeholders and HR COEs to refine approaches and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 7-9 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-4 years in an HRBP or similar business-facing role.
  • Experience supporting technology or operations organizations, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credible relationships with business leaders and influence decision-making.
  • Strong program coordination and process facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

 

Preferred:

  • Experience working in or supporting international operations.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Prior exposure to people analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of employment law and employee relations practices.
