Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for administering Human Resources policies, procedures, performance management, employee relations, and general HR support.
Responsibilities:
Partner with management to create a strong corporate culture and great place to work
Manage performance review process and Success factors system administration functions
Provide performance management guidance to managers and partner with managers regarding employee relations issues
Design and administer company policies and procedures
Facilitate and manage new hire orientation and other new hire related training
Conduct exit interviews; analyze and provide attrition metrics based on received data
Manage HR metrics reports.
Manage labor law compliance.
Manage Learning Management System implementation and on-going maintenance of learning and development and compliance related training
Manage and rollout a variety of HR programs to support a great team member experience
Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Partner with HR Manager to improve employee communications
Perform various other HR duties as assigned in support of the HR Department and corporate initiatives.
Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
Administrates employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health programs
Qualifications:
90% English level
Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree within related field preferred
3 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience working directly with management
Strong project management and process development skills
Proven ability to take initiative and exercise excellent judgment
Able to multi-task, learn, problem solve, prioritize, set, and attain goals, and work independently
Solid business management and handling of confidential information
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Intermediate to advanced level Excel skills preferred
Experience with and strong working knowledge of HR laws, practices, policies, and models
Demonstrated knowledge in a range of HR areas, including employee relations, performance management, and regulatory compliance
Experience working with all levels of the organization with proven ability to interface well with all leadership levels
Experience with Success factors LMS, Performance, MBO module a plus
