Overview:

We are looking for a Support Analyst to join our implementation & Onboarding (I&O) team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. We are looking for someone who can rapidly execute all aspects of testing and support tasks, manage multiple projects effectively, have a strong IT background and work collaboratively with people from different functions to achieve project goals. If you have strong project management, IT and consulting skills and love a challenge and driving results, you’ll thrive in our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Support the testing of different kinds of gift cards within multiple territories in EMEA
  • Following processes to accurately test both physical and digital gift cards
  • Analysis of transaction logs for the gift cards
  • Documentation of all testing results within the project
  • Collaborate with the global Product Implementation team on all testing results
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the testing process
  • Complete I&O Support requests received from external partners and internal stakeholders, which can cover a broad range of topics related to I&O
  • Liaise with overseas technical teams as required

Qualifications:

Essential Skills

  • Evidence of effective multi-tasking, ability to manage multiple projects and tight project schedules
  • A can-do attitude to problem solving
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Be self-reliant, self-motivated and accountable
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with a broad range of people
  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and drive

Desirable Skills

  • 1 year of experience in an IT testing role
  • Foundational knowledge of JSON and XML messaging transfer
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • University degree in a related field advantageous
  • Fluent in another relevant language (German, French, Spanish, Italian)
  • Experience with Dynamics 365/PSA
