Overview:

Our Business Solutions team is dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and delivering excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving assigned tickets related to data analysis, Dashboard creation in Power BI, workflows automation and visual reporting. You will leverage tools such as Power BI, DAX, Office Scripts, and Microsoft Excel to create dynamic dashboards, automate processes, and provide insightful data interpretations that drive decision-making.

Your role will also involve helping managing survey distribution and maintenance for our cardholders, as well as conducting internal surveys to assess stakeholder needs. You will play a crucial role in developing strategies and building tailored solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis & Visualization
    • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights.
    • Utilize DAX, Office Scripts, and Excel to transform raw data into meaningful visual reports.
    • Perform data validation, cleansing, and analysis to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  2. Workflow Automation
    • Design and implement automation solutions using Power Automate and Office Scripts.
    • Streamline manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
    • Continuously assess and optimize existing workflows for better performance.
  3. Survey Management & Stakeholder Insights
    • Oversee survey distribution and maintenance for cardholders, ensuring data integrity.
    • Conduct internal surveys to gather feedback and assess stakeholder needs.
    • Analyze survey results to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  4. Business Solutions Development
    • Identify and implement process improvements through innovative business solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
    • Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
  5. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strategic decision-making abilities and the confidence to work autonomously.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.etc.
  • Experience in CSM (Customer Success Management) reporting.
  • Experience with dashboard creation using Power BI and Excel.
  • Proficiency in Office Scripts, with experience in automation and scripting is a plus.
  • DAX knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with surveying platforms (Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, etc.) is a plus.
  • No disciplinary actions on records
  • Metrics on goal since the beginning of their current position (Applicable only if your role has metrics, exceptions might apply)
  • At least 6 months of tenure in current role
