The supervisor will be responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers through the daily management of a team of employees. Additionally, the position is responsible for assisting the Team Leads with performance management, development, analysis and implementation of staff ins, training, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs. Oversees performance at the queue level and implements actions plans to ensure goals are met.
