Overview:

This position will provide support to our Commerce Finance team and will be a key contributor to optimizing our financial reporting and analysis including monthly close, quarterly reviews, forecast and annual budgeting. This position will improve processes and create innovative solutions to drive efficiency in our period end close, reporting, planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

• Support periodic close, annual plan and quarterly forecast processes, maintain reports, provide variance analysis, updating expense models, loading financial data into our reporting tools and validating reports
• Build and implement tools to improve processes to increase the productivity and effectiveness of our Finance teams
• Reconcile large financial data sets between multiple systems and databases
• Lead period expense and headcount reviews and variance analysis
• Collaborate with budget owners to drive process improvements
• Proactively communicate and report key financial and operational drivers and metrics
• Collaborate with Finance, HR and Technology teams to support multiple initiatives to align, simplify and automate BHN’s financial and headcount reporting and processes
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business required
• 90% English
• 4+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or accounting
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to build reports and dashboards
• Ability to manage and analyze large data sets
• Superior analytic skills, with a proven ability to solve complex logical challenges and synthesize data to develop meaningful insights
• Cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, and strong oral and written communication skills; comfort interfacing professionally with senior leaders
• ERP and Oracle experience is preferred
