Overview:

Blackhawk Network is looking for an experienced Marketing Brand Manager to oversee the company’s reputation management for its B2B brands. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation, the Marketing Brand Manager will be responsible for driving the development and execution of Blackhawk’s reputation strategy to support growth, engagement and demand generation across Blackhawk’s B2B brands.

 

The Marketing Brand Manager must be able to develop, manage, execute and optimize reputation management plans for multiple brands across multiple platforms simultaneously. He or she will develop strategy to build a positive online reputation.

 

The ideal candidate for this role thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial and cross-functional environments. Excellent time management skills are a must, along with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple deliverables and aggressive deadlines. Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a demand-generation focused reputation management strategy with measurable goals and objectives
  • Create targeted campaigns to curate more positive reviews
  • Partner with Support team to more actively manage poor reviews and turn some one star reviews into five star reviews
  • Help to secure a platform to better enable us to manage holistically
  • Be accountable for all reputation management metrics and reporting on those metrics
  • Develop and manage a multi-brand reputation management calendar
  • Partner continuously with the Senior Manager and demand generation colleagues to understand which platforms need additional focus and how to curate more positive reviews
  • Oversee and maintain the organization’s reputation management policy, and ensure internal compliance as needed
  • Manage comments that come in via channels and work with appropriate team members to engage in thoughtful conversation where appropriate
  • Lead an internal brand reputation program to encourage Blackhawk’s employee audience to engage with company reputation management and organic social content
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing teams, agency partners and other Blackhawk teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize reputation management performance
  • Lead online reputation management across Google, Capterra, Trustpilot, and other platforms to ensure open communication to audiences online looking for answers
  • Oversee reputation management and adherence to best practices
  • Suggest and implement new features and campaigns to develop brand awareness and improve reputation where applicable
  • Stay up-to-date with technologies and trends in reputation management, tools and applications and implement when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • 90+% English level required. 
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills required. 
  • Proven experience reporting, analyzing, and presenting data findings with recommendations to leadership required. 
  • Professional level experience with all Microsoft Office Products (including Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) required.
  • Sufficient knowledge and/or experience with AI tools (Microsoft Co-pilot, ChatGPT, etc.) preferred.
  • 2-4 years relevant work experience, with prior experience specifically in a Reputation Management Manager or Social Media Manager role required, and ideally proven experience creating demand for B2B products and services
  • Experience in utilizing Qualtrics or other top reputation management platforms
  • Experience in utilizing Sprout Social combined with Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with design, organic social, and reputation management’s role in a large digital ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and multi-tasking skills
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics, CRM, Marketo
  • Excellent time management skills and comfortable balancing internal meetings with approaching deadlines
  • Able to explain complex organic social and reputation management data in an understandable way and communicate ROI for business reporting
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment but also collaborating with both onsite and remote co-workers team spread across multiple geographic locations/time zones
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • BS in Marketing or relevant field
