Overview:

Proactively develop and manage the Card Partner relationship, delivering best in class service and adding value to ensure retention and uplift as well as looking to cross-sell in other BHN products to increase overall account values.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the day-to-day operations of your accounts
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with clients that ensure retention of accounts
  • Proactively manage existing client accounts, including but not limited to:
    • Conduct client meetings where necessary including regular formal reviews
    • Identify potential opportunities to add value and grow client relationships to maximize profitability
    • Manage inventory effectively and analyze suggested order quantities thoroughly for both physical and digital portfolio.
    • Prepare appropriate operational documentation for your accounts i.e Statement of Work, program documentation, project plan etc.
    • Handle client queries and liaise with internal departments when necessary, ensuring a professional working relationship is adhered to
    • Proactively review and work within company policies, standard operating procedures, company and legislative updates to ensure you are working in line with best practice and business risk is minimized
  • Provide support to the coworkers and cross-functional teams, ensuring that escalations are raised accordingly

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Able to run face-to-face meetings with senior client contacts
  • Ability to act on ‘sales cues’ both on the phone and in person
  • Previous client account management desirable
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong sense of accountability
  • Experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Highly self-motivated and ability to multi-task
  • Personable, with the ability to build rapport
